Why do I live in Oceanside California?  Because it’s a beach town with so much to offer!

It’s Fun.  The weekly Farmer’s Market and Sunset Market are always fun and you never know what you’ll from treasures to food.

It’s a Foodie, Beer & Wine town.  Tons of great places to eat!  From coffee shops, pastry shops, BBQ, down home cooking, pizza to upscale dining.  You name it, we have it.  The Brew scene is great with lots of local breweries and some really nice wine venues as well.

It’s a destination town.  From professional surfing competitions to professional soccer to concerts to a fabulous beach vacation.  We have the hotels that meet your needs.  Upscale, boutique to budget conscious.  We have them all.  We’re also close to some of the best attractions in San Diego such as the world famous San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, bountiful museums in Balboa Park, world class golf, fantastic beaches and the best weather all year long.

It’s also a Military town.  Camp Pendleton is the closest base and Oceanside and Pendleton have a special relationship.  We support our military and their families.

It’s also still very affordable to own a home here.  Housing varies with lots of price points so you can find a property of your own.
